Central and state government offices, markets, shops, factories, schools, colleges, and other educational institutions will not be allowed to open. Emergency services including ambulances and fire services will be allowed during the lockdown.

The United Kisan Morcha has issued guidelines for its workers. The Morcha has said that during the bandh, people should be appealed to voluntarily close everything. Do not do any kind of coercion. There should be no violence or sabotage in this movement. It has also been said that this bandh is against the government, not against the people.
