Amit Shah, former national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party and currently the organization's top strategist, is coming to Bihar. This is his first visit ahead of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, not as the country's Home Minister, but as a BJP strategist. There is talk that he will discuss seat sharing and give hope to the party's candidates. However, this is not the reality. He is visiting Bihar twice this month. He will arrive today, target half of Bihar tomorrow, and then the other half 10 days later. He will speak to BJP leaders from 20 organizational districts tomorrow, and then to the remaining districts on September 27th.
Will not discuss seat sharing or candidates
Home Minister Amit Shah is arriving in Patna on Thursday evening. That evening, he will discuss with select party leaders about the remaining alliance parties. This discussion is also due to Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi's promise to contest 100 seats if he does not win 20 seats. The remaining parties in the National Democratic Alliance are now silent. Chirag Paswan has not expressed any disagreement over the name of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, and Upendra Kushwaha is quiet, waiting for seats to be allocated. He will certainly discuss Manjhi's calculations with BJP leaders, but will not hold any formal discussions with them in Patna regarding seat sharing. During this visit, he will also not discuss candidates, although he will certainly review the performance of the current MLAs and the positive and negative reviews about them.
Which organizational districts will Amit Shah address tomorrow?
Amit Shah will arrive in Patna today and visit two districts: Sasaram and Begusarai tomorrow. At the Lallan Singh Stadium in Dehri-on-Sone, Sasaram, he will address BJP leaders from Rohtas, Kaimur, Buxar, Bhojpur, East Gaya, West Gaya, Jehanabad, Arwal, Nawada, and Aurangabad. MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and key party officials from these areas have been invited to this meeting. The second meeting will be held at the Refinery Township Sports Ground in Begusarai. In this, he will speak to BJP leaders from Begusarai as well as Patna Metropolitan, Patna Rural, Barh Patna, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Munger, Jamui, Lakhisarai, and Khagaria.
In both these meetings, Amit Shah will talk about making the public aware of the benefits of central and state government schemes. He will also teach them how to avoid any problems in coordinating with other NDA parties. Recently, there were reports of disturbances at NDA conferences, and the next round of conferences is starting tomorrow. Therefore, teaching about coordination has been kept as an important agenda item of Amit Shah's meeting.
