Police said that the main accused Neeraj Bishnoi is only 20 years old and he is a student of B.Tech. Neeraj Bishnoi is a resident of the Digambar area of ​​the Jorhat district of Assam. Neeraj is a student of the Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal.

 

The police had earlier arrested three accused in this case. Civil engineering student Vishal Jha has been arrested from Bengaluru, Shweta Singh from Udham Singh Nagar in Uttarakhand, and Mayank Rawat from Kotdwar in Uttarakhand.
