Canada: Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar shot dead in Canada, NIA had declared him a fugitive

Canada Khalistani Terrorist Hardeep Singh Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar living in Canada has been murdered in a gurudwara. He was shot at the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara in the Punjabi-dominated city of Surrey in British Columbia province. He was the president of this Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara.

 

Was a member of Sikh for Justice

Nijjar was an active member of the separatist outfit, Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), about which India was also on alert mode. He was instrumental in organizing the Khalistan referendum in the city of Brampton.

 

The National Investigation Agency had earlier filed a chargesheet against Nijjar for allegedly plotting terror attacks. India had asked the Canadian authorities to take action against Nijjar for his alleged involvement in terrorist activities in Punjab.

 

NIA had kept a reward of 10 lakhs

India's National Investigation Agency (NIA) had placed a reward of 10 lakh on Nijjar in July last year. Nijjar was accused of killing a Hindu priest in Jalandhar, Punjab. The conspiracy to kill the priest was hatched by the Khalistan Tiger Force, headed by Nijjar.
