Youtuber Manish Kashyap's troubles are increasing day by day. Manish Kashyap, who was arrested in Tamil Nadu for making a fake video of Bihar migrant laborers being beaten up, has been sent to judicial custody till April 19 by Tamil Nadu's Mudaira Court. Mudaira court had earlier sent Manish Kashyap to police custody. At the same time, now Manish has been sent to judicial custody till 19 April.
Let us tell you that on Wednesday, April 5, the accused Manish Kashyap had approached the Supreme Court. He had filed a petition for hearing in the Supreme Court.
Along with this, Manish Kashyap has filed an application demanding interim bail along with FIRs lodged in different states.
Manish was brought from Patna to Tamil Nadu
It may be noted that only last week, the Tamil Nadu Police team had taken him from Patna to Tamil Nadu after taking a production warrant from the court.
There the accused was produced in the Madurai court. After which the police got a three-day remand from the court. After being taken into remand, the Tamil Nadu police had interrogated him severely.
At the same time, earlier Bihar Police and Economic Offenses Unit had also questioned Manish.
Case registered under NSA
The Tamil Nadu Police had sought a seven-day remand from the court. The court sent Manish to judicial custody till April 19 after hearing on this on Wednesday.
However, earlier the court had given a remand of three days. At the same time, now a case has been registered against him under the National Security Act (NSA).

The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) of the Bihar Police has frozen the bank accounts of Manish Kashyap and his YouTube channel. A total of Rs 42 lakh 11 thousand 937 has been reported deposited in four different bank accounts of Manish.
What is NSA law?
A case has been registered against YouTuber Manish Kashyap under NSA. Explain that under the NSA (National Security Act) law, if the government feels that a person is obstructing the rule of law in the country, then the government can order his arrest.
This act was made in 1980 during the reign of Indira Gandhi. At the same time, through this act, any suspicious citizen or citizen living in the country without any means can also be arrested.
