It may be noted that only last week, the Tamil Nadu Police team had taken him from Patna to Tamil Nadu after taking a production warrant from the court.
There the accused was produced in the Madurai court. After which the police got a three-day remand from the court. After being taken into remand, the Tamil Nadu police had interrogated him severely.
At the same time, earlier Bihar Police and Economic Offenses Unit had also questioned Manish.
Case registered under NSA
The Tamil Nadu Police had sought a seven-day remand from the court. The court sent Manish to judicial custody till April 19 after hearing on this on Wednesday.
However, earlier the court had given a remand of three days. At the same time, now a case has been registered against him under the National Security Act (NSA).

The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) of the Bihar Police has frozen the bank accounts of Manish Kashyap and his YouTube channel. A total of Rs 42 lakh 11 thousand 937 has been reported deposited in four different bank accounts of Manish.

A case has been registered against YouTuber Manish Kashyap under NSA. Explain that under the NSA (National Security Act) law, if the government feels that a person is obstructing the rule of law in the country, then the government can order his arrest.
