New Delhi, Feb 17 (IANS) A day-long musical event here Sunday will celebrate the power of love to overcome differences that stem from social exclusion, said the organisers.
Organised by the volunteers of Pravah, an organisation that works with adolescents, the event "Music for Harmony" has been organised since 2002.
This year, the musical soiree is based on the theme "Weaving Social Inclusion Through Music" which will reoccur in their street plays, music and dance performances.
Young groups like Mohalla Bol Natak Mandli, children from Andhra Pradesh schools, Burmese Refugee Youth Group and bands like The Mechanics, Advaita and Menwhopause will be performing at the event.
The event will take place at Dilli Haat.
