The Prime Minister said that technology formed the basis of One Nation One Ration. At the same time, the trinity of JAM (Jan Dhan Yojana, Aadhaar, and mobile number) helped in giving benefits to the poor. He said that technologies like 5G and AI (Artificial Intelligence) are being discussed and are set to transform medicine, education, agriculture, and many other sectors.

PM Modi called upon the stakeholders to identify 10 problem areas faced by the common man, which can be solved using AI. He further said that the 21st century is technology-driven. In the past years, in every budget of our government, emphasis has been laid on increasing the 'ease of living' of the countrymen with the help of technology. The Prime Minister said, "Zero Defect, Zero Effect" should be our priority. There should be no compromise in our quality and technology can help a lot in that. With the help of technology, we can bring products into production in a very finished way and only then we can capture the global market.
DigiLocker brought with the help of technology
PM Modi said, “With the help of technology, we have brought the facility of DigiLocker for every person. Here companies and MSMEs can store their files, and share them with various regulators and government departments.
