During the third 2 + 2 ministerial-level meetings between India and the United States, several important agreements including Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement (BECA) were reached. Under this, the two countries will share state-of-the-art military technology, equipment, and geospatial maps.

China has reacted sharply to the latest agreement, which is already in the discussion about bad relations with India and America.

According to China's official newspaper Global Times, Chinese experts believe that the agreement has brought India's defensive weakness to the US and that "US services on compatibility issues will not meet India's expectations."

The newspaper says that this agreement has been signed just one week before the US election, so that Donald Trump's chances of victory will be strengthened. Quoting Chinese analysts, the newspaper has also said that the deep relations between India and America are also uncertain.

The Global Times said that the US is luring India with sweet talk and deteriorating relations between China and India, "but India is happy to accept Washington's patronage because it believes China With the long-running deadlock his confidence will win for victory. "

According to the newspaper, a researcher at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences' Institute of International Relations, Hu Jhing said on Tuesday that India has gradually abandoned its traditional diplomatic doctrine of non-alignment and has moved closer to the United States.

"He says that this mindless election has greatly undermined India's reputation in the eyes of developing countries and its strategic focus of a traditional geopolitical power is slowly losing its way."

Questions raised on the agreement before the election

Sina.com, affiliated with the Chinese government, on Monday quoted analysts as saying that the four agreements show different levels of military cooperation.

They believe that both sides have reached the level of "quasi-allies", at least theoretically in terms of sharing military intelligence.

Sina.com says that analysts believe that the timing of the meeting is also very delicate because the presidential elections are going to be held only a few days later.

On Tuesday, Sina.com wrote that at a regular press conference, a journalist from the Ministry of External Affairs asked what China had to say about the visit of US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to India.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin then said that Pompeo's attack on China was nothing new, "they are only harboring old rants without factual basis." The spokesperson also said that with this the Cold War mentality and ideological bias of America have come to the fore.

He said that we urge Pompeo to stop exaggerating the "China threat" and stop "deteriorating relations between China and other countries in the region and do wrong things that reduce regional peace and stability" Stop doing it too. "

Another news website linked to the Chinese government, Guncha, wrote on Tuesday that the Pompies claimed to have discussed cooperation with India to "deal with the Chinese Communist Party's threat to security and freedom and promote peace and stability in the region". Once again Covid-19 and commented on China's internal affairs and diplomacy to discredit China.
