Coronavirus Updates: Relief in Corona cases! 4858 new cases in 24 hours; 18 people died

There has been a big decline in the cases of Coronavirus in India. In the last 24 hours, 4,858 cases of Covid-19 have been reported. The Health Ministry said that 18 people have also died during this period. The maximum death of 8 people has been recorded in the state of Kerala. Let us inform you that on September 18, 5,664 cases of Covid-19 were found. After several days, less than five thousand cases of corona have been reported in the country.

 

Active cases increase

 

There has been a decrease in the cases of the corona, but the active cases are increasing continuously. In the last 24 hours, 4,735 patients of Corona have been cured. Active cases have now increased to 48,027. Active patients have increased by 105 as compared to yesterday i.e. 18 September.

 

Active cases 0.11 percent

 

Corona cases have increased to 4 crores 45 lakh 39 thousand 46 in the country. Whereas so far 5 lakh 28 thousand 355 people have died due to this epidemic. In total, 4 crores 39 lakh 62 thousand 664 people have also been recovered. Active cases are 0.11 percent of the total cases. The recovery rate is 98.71 percent. At the same time, the daily positivity rate is 2.76 percent while the weekly positivity rate has gone up to 1.78 percent.

 

More than 13.59 lakh vaccines were administered in 24 hours

 

So far, more than 216.70 crore doses of the corona vaccine have been administered in the country. More than 102.58 crore people have also been vaccinated. Apart from this, more than 94.66 crore second doses and more than 19.45 crore second doses have been given. At the same time, 13 lakh 59 thousand 361 people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
