Gurugram The Corona infection in April has destroyed all records so far. In the same sequence, on Sunday, 2401 new patients of Corona arrived in the district, while 2 died due to infection. Earlier on Saturday, 2549 new patients had arrived in the district. Despite the uncontrolled corona infection, the district is seen to be extremely negligent in observing the safety rules including night curfew.

 

When the corona situation improved from December, it was expected that the corona infection would now gradually progress towards its end and this had happened. By the beginning of December, by the middle of February, the Corona influence had waned considerably. There was a time when the number of new patients coming in a day had come down to less than 50 but at the same time, people started taking carelessness. As a result, with the beginning of March, the corona began to rise again and by the beginning of April, its pace had become uncontrollable.

 

12196 active patients

 

After the arrival of 2401 new patients, the total number of active patients in the district has now increased to 12196, out of which 11423 are in infected home isolation while 773 patients are being treated in hospitals. The total figure of corona patients in the district has risen to 81725. Out of this 69151 infected have become healthy while 378 patients have died. At the same time, now in the district

 

Of the patients under treatment, 564 are being treated at the district Covid Health Center, while 67 patients are admitted to Covid Hospital and 142 patients are admitted to Covid Care Center.

 

Record 11278 examined

 

On Sunday, samples from the highest 11 thousand 278 people in the district were collected for a Covid test this year. Of this, 9744 will be tested through RT-PCR and 1534 people with rapid antigen kits. With this, the number of corona investigations in the district has now increased to 10 lakh 83 thousand 577, out of which 81725 people have been confirmed infected.
