Bharat Jodi Yatra started from Kanyakumari on 7th September. Now it has reached the Chitradurga district of Karnataka. Thursday was its 36th day. Rahul will travel to 12 states to visit Kashmir. So far he has covered a journey of 925 km.

Rahul said - respects for Kannada language
Amidst the controversy over Kannada, Rahul Gandhi said that the BJP and the RSS feel that they can attack the history of Karnataka. But if anyone does this then they will have to face the full force of the Congress party.
Rahul further said that BJP considers Kannada as a secondary language. Do not want to respect it, but for Congress, this language is also primary. If the people of Karnataka want to speak Kannada, the people of Kerala want to speak Malayalam and the people of Tamil Nadu want to speak Tamil then they should have freedom.
India Connectivity Journey of 3570 KM
The Bharat Jodi Yatra, which started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu, is in Karnataka these days. From here the journey will go through Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, UP, Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab till the Union Territory of Kashmir. This journey Rahul is about 3570 km. Through this yatra, Congress is focusing on 372 Lok Sabha seats.
Concept of Dandi March, a team formed in every district
The concept of the yatra is taken from Mahatma Gandhi's 'Dandi March. The responsibility of getting it down on the ground was given to Digvijay Singh. He has done 'Narmada Parikrama' of 3300 km in 2017. Bharat Jodo Planning Committee was formed under the chairmanship of Digvijay. Coordinators were made in each state. After this, a team was prepared in each district. In Delhi also, more than 20 people were associated with planning. Apart from Mukul Wasnik and KC Venugopal, there were people from organizations affiliated with Congress.
