All Party Delegation: Vikram Misri will discuss with the delegation, briefing with MPs going abroad

The central government is sending an all-party delegation to many countries to clarify India's stand on Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri will hold discussions with the MPs included in the all-party delegation going abroad. In two phases, Misri will inform the MPs about Operation Sindoor and important facts against Pakistan.

 

In this briefing, the Foreign Secretary will also inform them about India's official stand so that the delegation can present the country's side strongly abroad. The first phase will be held in Parliament House on May 20, while the second phase will be on May 23. These seven delegations include MPs from different political parties, former ministers, and former ambassadors.

 

On the other hand, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri will brief the committee headed by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Monday and Tuesday about "current foreign policy developments related to India and Pakistan".

 

Tejasvi Surya to be part of all-party delegation to the US.

 

BJP MP Tejasvi Surya on Sunday said he will be part of an all-party delegation to visit the US and Latin America to present India's stand against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism. Surya will join Congress MP Shashi Tharoor and others in the visit, which will be from May 23 to June 6. The initiative is part of a major diplomatic initiative of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government under which seven multilateral delegations have been formed to visit 32 countries and the European Union. Each team comprises retired diplomats who will assist MPs. These delegations aim to present India's firm and unified stand against terrorism and assert its right to respond to cross-border attacks.

 

Seven MPs to visit Saudi Arabia under the leadership of Baijayant Panda

 

The first group of the all-party delegation will see seven MPs visiting Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Algeria under the leadership of BJP MP Baijayant Panda. This group includes BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey, S Phangnon Konyak, Rekha Sharma, AIMIM MPs Asaduddin Owaisi, Satnam Singh Sandhu, Ghulam Nabi Azad. Politician Harshvardhan Shringla will accompany them.

 

The second group will go to the UK, France, and Germany

The second group of MPs will go to the UK, France, Germany, the EU, Italy, and Denmark under the leadership of BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad. It will include BJP MP D Pundreshwari, Shiv Sena UBT MP Priyanka Chaturvedi, nominated MP Ghulam Ali Khatana, Congress MP Dr. Amar Singh, BJP MP Samik Bhattacharya, MJ Akbar. Diplomat Pankaj Saran will accompany them.

 

The third group will be led by JDU MP Sanjay Jha.

The third group of MPs will go to Indonesia, Malaysia, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and Singapore under the leadership of JDU MP Sanjay Kumar Jha. It includes BJP MP Aparajita Sarangi, AITC MP Yusuf Pathan, BJP MP Brijlal, CPI M MP Dr. John Brittas, BJP MP Pradaan Barua, Hemang Joshi and Congress leader Salman Khurshid. Diplomat Mohan Kumar will be in this group.

 

The fourth group will go to the UAE and the Congo.

The fourth group of MPs will go to the UAE, Liberia, the Republic of Congo, and Sierra Leone under the leadership of Shiv Sena MP Shrikant Shinde. This group includes BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, IUML MP ET Mohammed Bashir, BJP MP Atul Garg, BJD MP Sasmit Patra, BJP MP Manan Mishra, and former MP SS Ahluwalia. Diplomat Sujan Chinoy will also be in this group.

 

MPs will go to America, Panama, and Brazil under the leadership of Shashi Tharoor.

A team of MPs will go to America, Panama, Guyana, Brazil, and Colombia under the leadership of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor. It will include LJP MP Shambhavi, JMM MP Dr. Sarfaraz Ahmed, TDP MP GM Harish Balayogi, BJP MP Shashank Mani Tripathi, Bhubaneswar Kalita, Shiv Sena MP Milind Deora, BJP MP Tejasvi Surya. Diplomat Taranjit Singh Sandhu will be in this group.

 

Kanimozhi will lead the sixth group.

The sixth group of MPs will go to Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Latvia, and Russia under the leadership of DMK MP K Kanimozhi. This group includes SP MP Rajiv Rai, NC MP Mian Altaf Ahmed, BJP MP Captain Brajesh Chowta, RJD MP Premchand Gupta, and AAP MP Ashok Kumar Mittal. Diplomats Manjeev S Puri and Javed Ashraf will be in this group.

 

The seventh group will go to Egypt and Qatar.

The seventh group of MPs will go to Egypt, Qatar, Ethiopia, and South Africa under the leadership of NCP Sharad's MP Supriya Sule. This group will include BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy, AAP MP Vikramjit Singh, Congress MP Manish Tiwari, BJP MP Anurag Thakur, TDP MPs Lavu Srikrishna Devarayalu, Anand Sharma, V Muralidharan. Diplomat Syed Akbaruddin will also be included in this group.
