At present, the total number of active cases in the country, that is, the number of patients undergoing treatment is 17.43 lakh. The number of active cases has decreased by about 87,414 as compared to the previous day. The total cases have crossed 4.14 crores.
According to the Health Ministry, out of 1,192 deaths recorded in the country, 638 deaths have occurred in Kerala during the last days, whose figures have just been added.
