Corona uncontrollable in NCR

The rapid increase in corona cases in Gurugram and Faridabad in Haryana adjoining Delhi is not decreasing. Corona is becoming uncontrollable throughout NCR. In the Cyber ​​City Gurugram, where 230 cases were reported in 24 hours, the figure of one day reached 106 in the industrial city of Faridabad. On the other hand, the situation in Delhi is already serious, many cases of corona are increasing in Uttar Pradesh cities Ghaziabad, Noida.

 

For Gurugram, Sunday's day brought the largest ever data on the spread of corona infection. Here, along with 230 new cases, the Health Department has confirmed the death of 4 people. It is a matter of relief that the number of people returning home from infection has also increased. On the other hand, according to the report released by the Health Department for Faridabad, there have been cases of corona from many new areas of the city on Sunday. In these, two jawans of three police posts of NIT and two members of a family located in Sector-28 were found to have corona infection. Meanwhile, 527 new positive patients appeared in a day in the whole of Haryana, while 6 lost their lives.

 

At the same time, according to the statistics of the Union Health Ministry, about 10,000 new cases of corona have been reported in the country for the third consecutive day. In 24 hours from Saturday to Sunday morning, the number of corona victims reached 2,46,628 with 9971 new patients. During this time 287 people died, while 5220 patients have been cured. With these, the death toll has increased to 6,929. According to the Ministry of Health, there are still 1,20,406 people in the country infected with the corona virus. A total of 1,19,292 people (48.36 percent) have recovered.

 

The Indian Council of Medical Sciences (ICMR) has further enhanced the investigative capability to detect the infected. Now corona testing facility has been provided in 531 government laboratories and 228 private laboratories. Thus, a total of 759 laboratories are being tested in the country. According to the ministry, 1,42,069 samples have been tested in the last 24 hours. With this, 46,66,386 samples have been tested in the country so far.

 

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the average of deaths from corona per one lakh population in India is 0.49, while the global average is 5.17. The number of corona positive cases per 100,000 population in India is 17.32 as against the global average of 87.74.
