The cases of coronavirus (Covid 19 Cases in India) have increased again in the country. Corona cases have crossed two thousand in one day. The Health Ministry said that in the last 24 hours, 2,141 new cases of corona epidemic have been reported. At the same time, 20 patients have also died during this period. A maximum number of 13 people have lost their lives in Kerala.

The ministry said that 2,579 people have also recovered from Corona during this period. With this, the active cases have now come down to 25,510. According to the report, a total of 4 crores 46 lakh 36 thousand 517 cases of corona have been reported in the country so far. Apart from this, 4 crores 40 lakh 82 thousand 64 people have also been cured. At the same time, 5 lakh 28 thousand 943 people have also died.

In the last 24 hours, 20 people have died from Corona. 13 people have lost their lives due to the epidemic in Kerala, while three have died in Maharashtra and 1 each in Karnataka, Punjab, UP, and West Bengal.

Recovery rate - 98.76 percent

Daily positivity rate - 0.85 percent

Weekly positivity rate - 0.97 percent

 

Vaccination crossed 219.46 crores

So far more than 219.46 crore doses of corona vaccine have been administered in the country. More than 102.67 crore people have received the first dose of the vaccine. Apart from this, more than 94.97-second doses have been given. More than 21.81 crore people have taken the first dose. At the same time, 4,90,711 people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
