
The first International Film Festival of Delhi (IFFD) is set to be held in the capital Delhi soon. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra inaugurated the film festival. They also unveiled its logo. The festival will be held from March 25th to 31st.
Celebrities Attended the Event
Many stars from the Bollywood film industry attended the recent launch of the Delhi Film Festival. Among those who attended the event were Arjun Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, Rakesh Omprakash Mehra, Divya Dutta, and Nimrat Kaur.
CM Rekha Recalls Film Shooting
At the launch event, the Delhi Chief Minister spoke about her love for films. She recalled the shooting of Aamir Khan's film "Sarfarosh" at Delhi University's North Campus in 1996.
100 Countries Participating
During the event, Kapil Mishra said that more than 100 countries are participating in the film festival. He added that the festival's review committee has already begun analyzing the films.
