The picture of corona vaccine and vaccination in India is different from Britain. AstraZeneca has confirmed some rare cases of adverse effects (such as blood clots) in a UK court.
In India, cases of blood clots after vaccination have not been found even half percent (0.5) compared to the total number of vaccinations. Fear regarding vaccination, stress like injection phobia, and some other diseases have been responsible for more than 60 percent of the adverse effects. These figures are from the report of the national committee formed to investigate the adverse effects of vaccination.
Between 2021 and 2023, the committee reviewed a total of 1,681 adverse cases in 16 separate meetings. All these cases were related to people admitted to hospitals when their health deteriorated after taking a dose of Covishield or Covaxin vaccine. Of these, 520 people also died during treatment.
