Deepika Padukone's father and former badminton champion Prakash Padukone corona infected admitted to Bengaluru

Prakash Padukone, the father of world-renowned band Mitton player and well-known actress Deepika Padukone, has been admitted to the Bhagwan Mahavir Jain Hospital in Bengaluru after suffering from the corona.

 

 

A close source confirmed this news from ABP News, saying that he was admitted to the hospital only a few days ago and at the moment his health is better than before. The source says that because of their good health, he is expected to get discharged from the hospital this week.

 

 

ABP News has also received information that apart from Prakash Padukone, father of Deepika Padukone, her mother Ujjwala Padukone, and sister Anisha Padukone were also found to have symptoms of the corona, but both of them are fine at the moment and both are at home.

 

 

Let us tell you that Prakash Padukone recently took the first dose of Corona vaccine and he was waiting for the second dose, but before that he got infected with Corona, after which he had to be admitted to the hospital.

 

 

It is noteworthy that Prakash Padukone, a 65-year-old bandmate, got the world's first ranking in 1980. The same year he also won the title of All England Open Badminton Championship. He was the first Indian player to win this title. Not only this, at the Common Wealth Games held in Canada in 1978, Prakash Padukone won the gold medal in the singles match of BandMitton. The list of achievements of Prakash Padukone in the field of world badminton is quite long.

 

 

Significantly, in 1972, he was awarded the prestigious Sports Award Arjuna Award. Apart from this, he has also been awarded the Padma Shri award in 1982 by the Government of India.
