The AAP party which was considered a month ago lost a Support from the Delhi, now it is seems that the AAP storm will come back with the more power; some of the multiple opinions polls are also believed that the AAP will wins the Seat. A poll carried out by TNS for Economic times signify that the AAP likely to get 36-40 Seats in the 70 member Assembly with the BJP likely to repeat its score 28-32 score as 2013. While the congress will end up with the 2-4 seats, this survey carried out across 16 consistencies with the 3,260 respondents. While the same picture is also be seen in one of the another survey which is done by the ABP news-Nielsen, predict that the 35 seat for AAP, 29 seat for BJP. in this survey the point which they note that AAP succeed in draw the maximum support from the lower caste group of Delhi.
In-spite of survey not even the political parties but the people of India wants to know from where they got the huge amount of money in a very short span of time. On that that several members of the AAP given statement and clarifies that the money is comes from the legal Accounts and rest of there is no hidden secret. It is like clean water.
A fragment group of the Aam Aadmi Party The AAP Volunteer Action Manch (AVAM); assumed that the party received Rs.2 crore in four equal instalments from the several companies which are registered in Delhi slums and having the same set of directors.According to the splinter group (AVAM) of AAP part accepted that they received the donation of Rs.50 Lakh each from the several companies till 12 a.m. on 5th April 2014.
The Bharatiya Janata Party, which is strongest apposite party of the AAP in the Delhi Assembly polls, was quick to seize the moment and brand the money received as “hawala at midnight”. They have received all the money through cheques form the verified, the AAP demanded a SIT probe monitored by the Supreme Court into the funding of all political parties, “particularly the BJP, Congress and the AAP.”
While the AVAM supposed that the AAP who intricate in the money, there is no such companies in Delhi slums and the addresses are fake, and the word of directors and their name are also fake and there is no money coming from the donation.
AVAM member Amit said that two of these companies — Goldmine Buildcon Private Limited and Sunvision Agencies Private Limited paidRs.10 lakh each bit these donation made were five times. This exposed that the AAP’s claims of verifying antecedents of those donating amounts above Rs.10 lakh. The AAP claims that donations exceeding Rs.10 lakh are cleared by its Political Affairs Committee (PAC) and party sources are also confirmed that the transactions mentioned by the AVAM were also cleared by the PAC.
While Yogendra Yadav the Party leader and PAC members said that the committee verified all the money transactions, the PAN number and the bank details of all the donors, it all done before displaying their name on the party website. In addition to this Mr. Yadav said that the whole 95% of the Funding is coming from the regular transactions as other parties, all of our money transactions comes from the public domain and it is transparent like a water, so everyone knows about it.According to him AAP maintain its donation record through the Software, with using a batch technique, where all the details of cheque like cheque donation, post Realisation approval are uploaded in batch of the website.
The party also attacked the BJP for running a smear campaign against it just five days before the polls.Mr Yadav also told to the conference that the BJP is continuously attempting to harm our image instead of facing the Delhi people and to fulfil the promises which they made before the PM elections and they all doing it because they knows they are losing the Delhi CM seat.
The party also said that all of its funds clearly checked twice by the Successive Central government both the UPA and now the BJP.
AAP leader Meera Sanyal said that an investigation on the matter was not a complex procedure as Indian banks have the strictest anti-money laundering norms.
She further added that the finance minister has to do is call the CEOs of the banks and he will get the answer. It is not a complex procedure. We have the strictest anti-money laundering norms; our banking system has the strictest laws. To put 50 lakh in an Indian bank without being detected is making mockery of our bank system.
They also indicted the BJP of corrupting AVAM to put false accusations on the party.
While the AVAM deceptive that the Arvind Kejriwal-led party had indulged in a ' funding scam' and received four donations of Rs 50 lakh each from bogus companies.
In against of this the BJP release one controversial advertisement, in which they directly target the AAP Chief Gotra and touch a war of words, and in replying of the advertisement Kejriwal use shammed words and said that the BJP is crossing their limits, BJP also pointing out all the Agarwal community. In this war of words the Election commission file complaints against both the parties BJP & AAP on Monday.
