It should be noted that a mild cold wave has arrived in Bihar, bordering Uttar Pradesh. Last Wednesday, some areas of the capital Patna received rain, causing a drop in temperatures. The Meteorological Department says that temperatures are expected to drop sharply from October 10th. Today, there is a possibility of light rain in other districts except West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan and Saran.
