अधिकारियों ने बुधवार को कहा कि दिल्ली स्टेट कैंसर इंस्टीट्यूट के एक 35 वर्षीय डॉक्टर ने कोरोनोवायरस रोग के लिए सकारात्मक परीक्षण किया है ताकि अस्पताल के आउट-मरीज क्लीनिकों को निलंबित कर दिया जा सके।
संस्थान के निवारक ऑन्कोलॉजी विभाग के डॉक्टर को रोहिणी के डॉ। बाबा साहेब अम्बेडकर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। उनकी पत्नी और बच्चे को भी दिल्ली गेट के पास लोक नायक अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है।
अधिकारियों ने कहा कि उसके संक्रमण का स्रोत स्पष्ट नहीं है।
“उनके पास किसी भी कोविद -19 रोगियों की विदेश यात्रा या इलाज का कोई इतिहास नहीं है। इसलिए, संक्रमण का स्रोत अभी भी एक सवालिया निशान है, ”दिल्ली सरकार के स्वास्थ्य विभाग के एक अधिकारी ने कहा।
आधिकारिक तौर पर कहा गया, "उनके भाई और भाभी ने फरवरी में यूके की यात्रा की, लेकिन उन्होंने संक्रमण के लिए सकारात्मक परीक्षण नहीं किया।"
लॉकडाउन के बाद से, अस्पताल ने ओपीडी में लगभग 100-150 कैंसर रोगियों को देखा। इससे पहले, ओपीडी उपस्थिति एक दिन में 1000 से 1500 के बीच थी।
“हम एक जोखिम नहीं ले सकते। केवल आकस्मिक देखभाल की आवश्यकता वाले कैंसर रोगी अभी अस्पताल में आ रहे हैं और उनका टीकाकरण किया जा रहा है। दिल्ली स्टेट कैंसर इंस्टीट्यूट के निदेशक डॉ। बीएल शेरवाल ने कहा कि हमें यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए परिसर को साफ करने के लिए ओपीडी को बंद करना होगा।

मौजपुर के एक मौहल्ला क्लिनिक में काम करने वाले 49 वर्षीय डॉक्टर को 21 मार्च को सऊदी अरब से लौटे एक मरीज से संक्रमित होने के बाद निदान किया गया था।
उनकी 48 वर्षीय पत्नी, जिसने बाबरपुर के एक पड़ोसी क्लिनिक में भी काम किया, और 17 वर्षीय बेटी ने 25 मार्च को इस बीमारी के लिए सकारात्मक परीक्षण किया।
शहर का एकीकृत रोग निगरानी कार्यक्रम उन सभी लोगों पर नज़र रख रहा है, जो डॉक्टर दंपति के संपर्क में आए थे, साथ ही 38 वर्षीय सूचकांक रोगी भी थे।
सऊदी अरब से लौटे 38 वर्षीय दिलशाद गार्डन निवासी अब तक दस लोग संक्रमित हो चुके हैं।
कम से कम 3800 लोग जो इंडेक्स मरीज, डॉक्टर या उनकी पत्नी के संपर्क में आए, उनमें दो मुहल्ला क्लीनिक के मरीज शामिल हैं, जिन्हें प्रोग्राम के अधिकारियों द्वारा ट्रैक किया जा रहा है।
इंडेक्स मरीज के संपर्क में आए करीब 1200 लोगों को भी ट्रैक किया जा रहा है। उन सभी को घर पर सभी को छोड़ दिया गया है और यदि वे लक्षण विकसित करते हैं, तो उन्हें अस्पताल ले जाया जाएगा।
राजधानी में 121 कोविद -19 मरीज हैं क्योंकि बुधवार को भारत में कोरोनोवायरस के मामलों की संख्या बढ़कर 1663 हो गई। सेंट्रे के आंकड़ों के अनुसार, कम से कम 50 लोगों की मौत हो गई है और 150 लोगों को इलाज के बाद ठीक किया गया है।
