नई दिल्ली: राजधानी के बीचो-बीच एक लोकप्रिय पारिवारिक अड्डा बंगाली मार्केट में एक पेस्ट्री शॉप की छत पर 35 मजदूर पाए जाने के बाद दिल्ली में एक नया कोरोनॉयरस डर पैदा हुआ है। दिल्ली में 20 वायरस के हॉटस्पॉट के साथ बंगाली मार्केट को सील कर दिया गया है, जिसमें तीन लोगों को COVID-19 का पता चला था।
बंगाली पेस्ट्री शॉप के खिलाफ COVID-19 के प्रसार की जांच करने के लिए लॉकडाउन को समाप्त करके जीवन को खतरे में डालने के लिए एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है। यह कहते हुए कि इसे बंद कर दिया गया था, प्रतिष्ठित दुकान ने अपने बचाव में कहा कि इसने उन श्रमिकों को आश्रय प्रदान किया है जिनके पास कहीं नहीं जाना है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, श्रमिकों को बिना किसी सामाजिक गड़बड़ी के एक तंग जगह में, चिंताजनक रूप से असहनीय परिस्थितियों में दुकान की छत पर पाया गया था। उन्हें एक आश्रय गृह में रखा गया है।

इन श्रमिकों को घर-घर की खोज में पाए जाने के बाद, अधिकारियों ने एक भक्षण क्षेत्र के रूप में गुलदस्ता भोजनालय हब को चिह्नित किया है।

बंगाली पेस्ट्री शॉप ने "बदनामी", भ्रम और गलत सूचना का आरोप लगाते हुए एक बयान पोस्ट किया है। इसमें कहा गया है कि श्रमिक तीन अलग-अलग दुकानों से थे और उन्हें आश्रय प्रदान किया गया था क्योंकि वे तालाबंदी के बाद अपने गाँव नहीं लौट सकते थे।
"हमारी दुकान 25 मार्च से बंद हो गई है (जिस दिन तालाबंदी की घोषणा की गई थी) और जो लोग हमारे साथ रह रहे थे, वे तब से हमारी स्थापना में आश्रय ले रहे थे, क्योंकि वे तत्काल तालाबंदी के कारण अपने-अपने गृहनगर वापस नहीं जा सकते थे।" बयान के अनुसार, महामारी COVID-19 के खिलाफ हमारी लड़ाई में इन लोगों को आराम से जीवित रहने के लिए स्वच्छ परिस्थितियों में आश्रय, भोजन और बुनियादी जरूरी चीजें मुहैया कराई गई थीं।
