Dolly Sohi Death: The morning of March 8 brought sad news for Dolly Sohi's fans. Dolly Sohi, who created the magic of acting on the small screen for 24 years, lost the battle with cancer and said goodbye to this world at the age of 48. The actress will be cremated today.

 

Lost battle with cancer

Dolly Sohi has been battling cervical cancer for a long time. Even after being diagnosed with the disease, she was working in the TV serial 'Jhanak'. However, the actress left the show a few months ago. She wanted him to give his full attention to his treatment. In February, Dolly was having trouble breathing, due to which she was admitted to the hospital. However, he died on 8 March. A day earlier his sister Amandeep Sohi had also passed away.

 

Jhanak's cast paid tribute

Hiba Nawab, who worked with Dolly in Jhanak, has expressed grief over the demise of her co-star. The actress shared Dolly's picture on her Instagram story and wrote, "Rest in peace Dolly Ji."

 

Chandni Sharma, who played the role of Aarohi in Jhanak, has expressed grief over the demise of Dolly and Amandeep and paid tribute to them. Chandni has shared a video of Dolly and Amandeep on her Instagram story. With this, she wrote, "Rest in peace Aman and Dolly ji. I love you."

 

Krishal Ahuja has paid tribute to Dolly Sohi. While sharing a video of the actress on their Instagram story, he wrote, "Rest in peace Dolly Ji. Om Shanti." Along with this, he has also created an emoji of a broken heart.

Dolly Sohi started her career with Kalash (2000). She got popularity from the TV serial Bhabhi. She has worked in TV shows like Kusum, Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, Kumkum Bhagya, Meri Durga, Parineeti and Sindoor Ki Keemaan.
