ECI: Now you will not have to wait for 18 years to get your name included in the voter list, ECI has given this facility

The Election Commission of India made a big announcement on Thursday. The Election Commission has said that even 17-year-old youth can apply for adding lakhs to the voter list. They don't have to wait till they turn 18 to apply. The Election Commission has said that all such youth who will turn 18 on the first day of the year can apply for inclusion of name in the voter list.

 

Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar and Election Commissioner Anoop Chandra Pandey have directed the CEOs, EROs and AEROs of all the states to make technical arrangements for providing this facility so that the youth can reach the age of 18 years before they attain the age of 18 years. Apply to add a name to the voter list. In ace, now with this decision of the Election Commission of India, the youth will not have to make arrangements for completing 18 years to get their names included in the voter list.
