He used to take tourists coming to Pahalgam (Pahalgam Terror Attack News) from the country and abroad for a ride on his horse and earn his living. Syed Hussain Shah is a resident of Ashmuqam, located near Pahalgam. He had gone to Baisaran with the tourists.

When he was taken to the hospital along with other injured, he died. After the post-mortem late in the evening, his body was handed over to his family. He was buried late at night.

Many lives have been saved due to his bravery and sacrifice. If he had not fought the terrorists, perhaps all the people gathered in Baisaran today would have been killed.
