After the relief of Sachin Pilot faction from Rajasthan High Court, the stir has intensified outside Hotel Fairmount in Jaipur. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has come before the media and accused the governor that he is not calling a session of the Legislative Assembly due to pressure from above. Ashok Gehlot is going to Raj Bhavan with MLAs from his camp.

Gehlot said, "We sent a letter yesterday to the Hon'ble Governor requesting that we call a session of the Legislative Assembly and discuss all issues including the corona." We hoped that he would issue orders at night, but he has not done so yet. We feel that due to pressure from above, he is not giving directions to call the assembly session. We are sad about this.

Gehlot further said that on one side, there was a demand from the opposition also that why they are not coming on the floor. The people of Rajasthan are watching what is happening. Sadly, the Governor has not yet decided. I have not spoken to him on the phone yet. Keep the dignity of your post. All our MLAs will go and demand them. There will be milk of milk and water of milk on the floor of the assembly.

Gehlot said, I am repeatedly saying that we have a clear majority. They should be worried. Our colleagues in Haryana have been held hostage under the supervision of the BJP. Maybe the bouncers, the police… have snatched their phones. He is crying. Does the central government not care about this? This whole game is a conspiracy of the BJP and their leaders like they did in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh, they also want to do in Rajasthan. The entire public and MLA are with us in Rajasthan.

Gehlot said that it was time to fight Corona. We did a great job, the whole country is being praised. In such an environment, you can see the role of BJP in toppling the government. Income tax, ED raids ... Never seen such an orgy, as is happening right now. We are coming now to the Governor to appeal to him not to come under pressure from anybody. Otherwise, it may be that the people of the entire state will surround the Raj Bhavan, it will not be our responsibility.

It is being told that after the outcome of the High Court, Gehlot has started pressuring his MLAs for the early majority test. The legislators say how long they will remain locked in the hotel. Ashok Gehlot had sought time to meet Governor Kalraj Mishra. The Raj Bhavan had given an appointment at 12:30, but Gehlot has sent a notice to the Raj Bhavan about the delay in exit.

The Rajasthan High Court on Friday accepted the demand of the Government of India to be a party in a petition filed by the dismissed Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and 18 disgruntled Congress MLAs on the issue of disqualification. A bench of Chief Justice Inderjit Mahanti and Justice Prakash Gupta allowed the petition filed by the petitioners on Thursday.

After rebelling against Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Pilot has been dismissed as Deputy Chief Minister and State Congress President. Ashok Gehlot took out a fierce rage against Pilot recently and alleged that Pilot wanted to bring down his government.
