Govt schools HP: Preparing to merge less number of government schools in Himachal

Preparations are on to merge schools with less number of students in Himachal Pradesh. For this, the Education Department has sought the details of the schools with a nominal number of students running across the state. It has been asked to collect the data of less number of schools running within a radius of two to four km. The department has also sought from all the deputy directors of the district the faculty-wise number of students who have taken admission from senior secondary level schools running across the state, regular, contract, para teachers, and SMAC, PGT teachers posted in the schools. Apart from this, information has also been sought about the vacant posts in the schools.

 

 

For information, in the prescribed format, since when the classes of science and commerce faculty are running in the school, how many government schools are being conducted within a radius of four kilometers of the school in which the classes of science and commerce are being conducted. Full details have been requested. According to the orders issued by the Deputy Director's office, this complete detail has been sought within a week. Schools have been asked for the details of the students of classes 11th and 12th who have taken admission till July 15. Deputy Director Higher Education Ashok Sharma has sent the instructions issued by the Education Department to all the school principals. In this letter, the Deputy Director's office will have to tell in the column given in the form, apart from the assembly constituency, sub-division, and block, that since when the classes of science and commerce faculty are being conducted in the school. Deputy Director Higher Shimla said that these details have been sought on departmental instructions. The details of the total registered students have been sought at the beginning of the session.
