An order will come today (Wednesday) on the demand to hand over the report of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) survey in the Gyanvapi complex to the parties. Along with this, many applications related to the survey report will also be disposed of in the court of the District Judge. On January 6, ASI had given an application demanding not to make the survey report public for four weeks. This was accepted by the court.
On the orders of the court, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) had given an application in the court on January 3, demanding that the report of the survey conducted in Gyanvapi not be opened or made public for four weeks.
The Hindu side's lawyer said - that today is an important day
On the Gyanvapi case, the Hindu side's lawyer Subhash Nandan Chaturvedi said, "We demand that the envelopes of the ASI survey report should be opened... There is no harm in disclosing the details as the country and the common man accept it." 'Court's decision. Today is an important day..."
The report was filed in the court on 18 December
On behalf of ASI, Advocate Government Counsel Amit Kumar Srivastava had given an application in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh. It was told that the report of the survey conducted on the Gyanvapi campus from August 4 to November 2 had been filed in the court on December 18.
A case is pending in the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Court on behalf of self-styled Vishveshwar Jyotirlinga in the year 1991 on behalf of Pt. Somnath Vyas and other parties regarding the construction of a new temple in Gyanvapi and giving rights to Hindus to perform puja. Allahabad High Court has ordered ASI to file the same report in this case also. It has also been ordered that if necessary, the court can once again order a survey to be conducted in the Gyanvapi complex.
If the survey report is opened on the orders of the court before being filed in the court and becomes public among the public, then there is a possibility of rumor spreading. Due to this, ASI will face difficulty in conducting the survey again. The process of filing the current survey report in the court will take some time. ASI prayed that there should be no hindrance in following the order of the High Court, hence the court should order not to open the survey report for four weeks or give it to any party. Accepting this application, the court gave time to ASI till January 24.
Meanwhile, Anjuman Intejamia Masjid (mosque party) has filed an application demanding that the survey report not be made public. On behalf of the four plaintiff women in the Maa Shringar Gauri case, Manju Vyas, Rekha Pathak, Sita Sahu, and Lakshmi Devi, a demand has been made to give the survey report to their lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain. The mosque side has given another application in which it has been demanded that if the court orders all the parties to give the survey report, then their lawyer Ekhlaq Ahmed should also be given the survey report by e-mail.
