Two important cases are going to be heard in Adalam today in the Gyanvapi Masjid episode. The first case is on behalf of Vishva Vedic Sanatan Sangh on handing over the worship and premises of Adi Vishweshwar Mahadev to Hindus, and in the second case, hearing of the monitoring petition filed in the matter of archaeological survey. In both cases, the hearing has already taken place in court. In such a situation, the court can also order regarding the right of hearing (sustainability) of these cases to court.
The application filed by the International General Secretary of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh Kiran Singh is to be heard in the court at around 2 pm on Monday. In this regard, in the application filed in the court of Civil Judge Fast Track Court Senior Division Mahendra Kumar Pandey, a demand was made to hand over the Gyanvapi campus to the Hindus, describing it as a temple and to worship the Shivling found there. In the past, while raising objections from the Muslim side, there was also a demand to reject it. Although in the past, during the hearing of this case, sufficient arguments have been given in the court from both sides. In such a situation, the court can now order the maintainability of this case (whether the case is worth hearing or not).
On the other hand, the monitoring petition filed in the matter of the archaeological survey in the Gyanvapi mosque complex is also going to be heard on Monday afternoon. In this regard, in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh, a certified copy of the order given on maintainability (whether the case is hearable or not) in the Shringar Gauri case has been filed on behalf of litigant Vijay Shankar Rastogi in the court. Because of the order from the court in this case also, there has been an atmosphere of commotion in the court since morning including preparations from both sides.
