Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has retracted the statement of taunting and lifting logs. The Chief Minister had reached the Shri Mata Mansa Devi temple in Panchkula on Friday to pay his respects. During this, he said that he is withdrawing the statement amid heavy protests in the state.
Manohar Lal said that he had given this statement because of self-protection but some people took it to mean something else. He realized in Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple Shaktipeeth that Mata Rani would protect everyone, so he withdraws his statement. He said that he does not want law and order to be disturbed in the state under any circumstances.
Manohar Lal said that farmer's organizations, farmer's leaders, and people are protesting all over the state, due to which he withdraws his statement. During which the Chief Minister took a U-turn on his statement, along with Haryana Assembly Speaker Gyanchand Gupta, many BJP leaders and office-bearers of the state and Panchkula district were present. At the same time, Manohar Lal said that due to the announcement of a demonstration by the farmers in the program to be organized by the Agrawal Samaj in Kaithal, he has decided to send Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gyanchand Gupta instead of attending the program himself.
The controversial statement of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal came to the fore last week. In the case of farmers, the Chief Minister had referred to the saying of Shathe Shathyam Samachret. Giving an example, he had talked about lifting sticks. After this statement of CM, the opposition became aggressive.
The Chief Minister had said in the video that some new farmers' organizations are emerging, now they will have to be encouraged. They will have to be brought forward, especially in North and West Haryana, this problem is not much in South Haryana, but in every district of North West Haryana, raise your 500 or 700 farmers or 1000 people, make them volunteers. Then while talking about Shathe Shathyam Samacharet from place to place, the CM asked the people sitting in front what does it mean. After which there is a voice from the crowd that likes it. It is also said here that pick up the sticks. When you pick up the sticks, don't worry about going to jail, if you stay for two to four months, you will automatically become a great leader.
