Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that everyone has the right to speak in the name of agitation, but it is not at all appropriate to adopt the path of violence. No one will be stopped from peaceful protest but law and order should not be disturbed. There has been an appeal in this regard before. He claimed that after Corona, the situation regarding black fungus is now under control. So one should not worry unnecessarily.

 

The Chief Minister was in Karnal on Saturday on World Environment Day to inaugurate the Oxygen Park and other schemes. Talking to reporters after the program, he said that the importance of Environment Day has increased more this time. Everyone experienced the crisis of life due to the corona epidemic. That is why it is necessary to grow trees. Keep them safe as well so that the breath of life continues. For this purpose, Oxy forest will be made here on 80 acres of land. Ten types of forests are being created. The people of Karnal will get the full benefit of this. Aromatic, agricultural, medicinal, and other types of plants will provide enough vitality.

 

The CM said that similarly multi-faceted efforts are being made for water conservation. Earlier there were many ponds in Haryana. Adequate rainwater was collected in them. But due to a lack of proper management, the problems kept increasing. Because of this, pond authority has been formed for better management. 14 thousand ponds will be repaired. Work is in progress on 150 ponds. In the next phase, the work of improvement of 450 ponds will be done.

The Chief Minister informed that now there are 600 patients of black fungus in various hospitals of the state. Experts believe that this disease does not progress on its own. Due to drugs or other reasons. However, keeping in view the sensitive situation, it is being controlled. Adequate medicines are available in the state. Eight thousand injections have come. There will be no shortage of medicines in the future. The situation regarding Corona is already under control.

On the occasion of Environment Day, the Chief Minister launched the Oxy Van scheme in Sector 4. These included Oxy-One Scheme, Oxy-One Panchkula Yojana, Pranavayu Devta Pension Scheme, Panchavati Plantation Scheme in 134 pilgrimage sites of Kurukshetra. On this occasion, Forest Minister Kanwarpal Gurjar, MP Sanjay Bhatia, Gharaunda MLA Harvindra Kalyan, ACS Anupama of Forest Department, and other prominent public representatives, BJP leaders, and administrative officers were also present.
