Pakistan MP Ayaz Sadiq has made a sensational claim about Indian Wing Commander Abhinandan Vardhaman that Pakistan had released Wing Commander Abhinandan in a hurry due to fear of India's attack. This statement of the Pakistani MP has come as a response from former Chief of the Indian Air Force BS Dhanoa and he has said that the things that the Pakistani MP has said about Wing Commander Abhinandan Vardhaman are correct, because at that time our attitude was very aggressive and we Were preparing for the attack. Abhinandan was captured by Pakistani security forces after his MiG-21 crashed during a retaliation against the Pakistani Air Force in February last year.
In an interaction with the news agency ANI, BS Dhanoa had made full preparations for the attack on Pakistan's Forward Brigade and the Indian military position was very aggressive during that time. He said, 'I promised Abhinandan's father that we will bring Abhinandan back. What the Pakistani MP has said is because our stand was very aggressive during that time. He was aware of our military strength and we were fully prepared to wipe out the advance brigades of Pakistan.
Talking to ANI, BS Dhanova further said that Pakistan was under diplomatic and strategic pressure after the Balakot Airstrike. We remember the Kargil incident in 1999 when Pakistan cheated at the last minute, so we were cautious. He said that I have worked with Abhinandan's father and I promised him that we will bring Abhinandan back.
Indeed, BS Dhanova's response came on the statement that Pakistan MP Ayaz Sadiq said that PM Imran Khan himself refused to attend the meeting called for the Indian wing commander Abhinandan. When Pakistan Army Chief came in it, but his legs were shivering and he was sweating in his face, let India not attack. He said that Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that if he does not allow Abhinandan to cross the border, India will attack Pakistan at 9 pm.
He further said, 'We did not bring an ordinance for Kulbhushan. This government kept the ordinance hidden for a month or two. We did not give as much access to Islamabad High Court as this government. He further said- 'I remember Shah Mahmood Saheb was in the meeting, in which the Prime Minister refused to come. The Chief of Army Staff came but his legs were shivering and sweat was on his forehead. '
Sadiq added, "Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Sahab said during this meeting that Khuda intends to let Abhinandan go back to India, because, at 9 p.m., Hindustan is attacking Pakistan." He said that no Hindustan had to carry out any attack, but rather he had to kneel and send the abhinandan back. Which he did.
It is worth mentioning that on 14 February 2019, a convoy of CRPF personnel was attacked in Pulwama, in which 40 paramilitary forces were killed. In response to this, on 26 February, Indian Air Force personnel attacked the terrorist training camp of Jaish-e-Mohammed in the midnight attack in Balakot, Pakistan. Encouraged by this, Pakistan tried to retaliate against India in Jammu and Kashmir, but all its plans were foiled by Indian soldiers. Pakistan used its most advanced aircraft, the F-16, to fire air to air missiles. While Mirage-III S was used for ground missile attack.
At the same time, Wing Commander Abhinandan Vardhaman of the Indian Air Force dropped Pakistan's F-16 fighter aircraft while firing an R-73 missile from his MiG-21. But during this time his MiG-21 aircraft crashed and he fell into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. He was taken into custody by Pakistani security forces there. However, there was a lot of pressure on Pakistan, after which Abhinandan was returned to India from the Attari-Wagah border.
