UP's Bahubali MLA Mukhtar Ansari is getting new revelations every day about the ambulance in which he was brought in the court of Mohali. Till yesterday, it is claimed that this ambulance is bulletproof. At the same time, the investigation of Punjab Police has revealed that this ambulance was not bulletproof. This is a simple ambulance. A senior officer of Punjab Police gave this information. Earlier, former UP DGP Brijlal made big revelations about this ambulance. He had said that the ambulance is bulletproof and moving fort. He even alleged that from satellite and phone to Ansari's henchmen live in it. Now, this whole thing has been proved wrong. Earlier, the Punjab Police has also made it clear that under the law itself, the accused Mukhtar Ansari has been allowed to have an ambulance. The Punjab Police says that Mukhtar has been allowed to appear in court from a private ambulance under the Punjab Prison (Attendance in Court) Act of 1952. If an inmate wants to go for an ambulance at his expense on sickness, then he is approved under this act.
Ansari's voice samples found, sentence of seven bars fixed
According to the information, Mukhtar Ansari had demanded a ransom of Rs 10 crore on phone two years ago in Mohali's Sector-70, a prominent real estate businessman. This call was for 27 seconds. At that time, the businessman had recorded this call.
A case in this regard was registered at the Mature police station in Mohali. After this, the police brought Ansari. Ansari had been in Mohali jail for about four days. During this time his voice samples were taken. This has matched Ansari's voice samples. After this, the police presented a challan in this regard on 10 March. Also, on 31 March, a copy of the challan was submitted to Mukhtar Ansari.
A charge sheet has been filed in the Mohali court under the threat of seeking ransom, erasing evidence, and threatening to kill. If the accused is found guilty in all the sections, then he can be sentenced to seven years.
The ambulance, which was said to be bulletproof, used to stand outside Ansari's jail in Uttar Pradesh as well. Now this ambulance has reached Ropar. Now Uttar Pradesh Police is also investigating in this case how the ambulance, which has not had insurance for four years and fitness certificate for six years, has reached Punjab. Whether it was checked on the way or not.
