The number of corona patients in the country is steadily increasing. On Thursday, for the third consecutive day, an increase in active cases was recorded. Within the last 24 hours, 16 thousand 824 people in the country were found to be corona infected. 13 thousand 788 people were recovered and 113 died. Thus, there was an increase of 2,921 in the active case. Earlier, there were 3,260 cases on Wednesday and 1,781 active cases on Tuesday.
If you look at the figures, the number of corona patients has started to increase again in more than 180 districts in the country. However, there are also 34 districts in which, within the last 10 days, the speed of meeting patients has doubled directly. These include a maximum of 6 districts of Maharashtra, 5 of Punjab, 4-4 of Kerala and Gujarat, and 3 districts of Madhya Pradesh.
11 million infected so far
So far more than 1 crore 11 lakh 73 thousand people have been affected by Corona in the country. Of these, 1 crore 8 lakh 38 thousand people have been cured, while 1 lakh 57 thousand 584 patients have died. Right now there are 1 lakh 73 thousand 364 patients who are undergoing treatment.
More than 1.77 crore people were vaccinated
The Union Health Ministry said that till Thursday, on the 48th day of vaccination, more than 1 crore 77 lakh 11 thousand people have been vaccinated in the country. Of these, 10 lakh 93 thousand 954 people were given the first dose of vaccine on Thursday. So far, 68 lakh 38 thousand 77 health care workers have been given the first dose and 30 lakh 82 thousand 942 have been given both doses.
Similarly, 60 lakh 22 thousand 136 front line workers have been given the first and 54 thousand 177 have been given the second dose. 2 lakh 18 thousand 939 people aged between 45 and 60 years have been vaccinated. The first dose of vaccine has been given to 14 lakh 95 thousand elderly people above 60 years of age.

He said that the class from 6th to 8th in the state will also be decided soon. Madhya Pradesh has the highest number of cases of corona in Bhopal and Indore. At the same time, 2 lakh 62 thousand 850 people have been infected in Corona all over the state so far.

On Thursday, 9,855 people were found corona infected in the state. 6,559 people were recovered and 42 died. So far, 21 lakh 79 thousand 185 people have been affected by the infection here. Of these, 20 lakh 43 thousand 349 people have been cured, while 52,280 patients have died. 82,343 patients are undergoing treatment.
2. Kerala
On Thursday, 2,765 people were found corona infected in the state. 4,031 people recovered and 15 died. So far, 10 lakh 67 thousand 45 people have been infected. Of these, 10 lakh 16 thousand 515 people have been cured, while 4,242 patients died. 45,992 patients are undergoing treatment.
3. Madhya Pradesh
On Thursday, 417 people were found corona infected in the state. 293 people recovered. So far, 2 lakh 62 thousand 850 people have been infected. Of these, 2 lakh 55 thousand 888 people have been cured, while 3,865 patients died. 3,097 patients are undergoing treatment.
4. Rajasthan
On Wednesday, 215 people were found corona infected in the state. 85 people recovered. So far, 3 lakh 20 thousand 772 people have been affected by the infection here. There are 3 lakh 16 thousand 515 people among them who have been cured. 2,787 patients died. 1,470 patients are currently undergoing treatment.
5. Gujarat
On Thursday, 475 people were found corona infected in the state. 358 people recovered. So far, 2 lakh 71 thousand 245 people have been infected. Of these, 2 lakh 64 thousand 195 people have been cured, while 4,412 patients lost their lives. 2,638 patients are undergoing treatment.
6. Delhi
On Thursday, 240 new corona patients were identified in Delhi. 196 people were recovered and three died. So far, 6 lakh 39 thousand 921 patients have been identified. Of these, 6 lakh 27 thousand 423 patients have been cured, while 10,914 patients have died. Currently, 1,584 patients are undergoing treatment.
