The five-match mixed disability T20 series between India and England will be played from January 29 to February 6. The first three matches of the series will be held at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex in Greater Noida, while the last two matches will be played in Jaipur.
This series will see players with physical disabilities, hearing impairments, and intellectual disabilities competing together, which is a unique feature of mixed disability cricket.
The Indian team's preparations are in full swing, and a national training camp has already begun in Jaipur on January 19. Team India will depart for Greater Noida on January 25. The England men's mixed disability team is expected to arrive in India on January 23.
On this occasion, Ravi Kant Chauhan, General Secretary of the Differently Abled Cricket Council of India (DCCI), said that hosting England in India demonstrates that mixed disability cricket is gaining global recognition. We are confident that this tour will inspire many budding players across the country. The ICC is also supporting this initiative. The Indian team's camp is underway, and the players are excited to face the strong English team.
