IND vs PAK: Nine cricketers from India have experience playing against PAK in the World Cup, five such players in Pakistan

Team India will have enough experience in handling the pressure in the great World Cup match between India and Pakistan. Nine cricketers in the Indian team have played against Pakistan in the World Cup. The architects of victory over Pakistan in the 2015 and 2019 World Cups have been none other than Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. Virat became the man of the match in 2015 by scoring 107 runs, while Rohit was adjudged the best player of the match in 2019 by scoring 140 runs.

 

Virat has played three World Cup matches against PAK

Virat Kohli has played against Pakistan in the last three World Cups. He played nine innings against Pakistan in the 2011 semi-final and 77 runs in 2019. Virat and Rohit are the only two cricketers in the current team who have played two or more matches against Pakistan in the World Cup. Rohit had scored 15 runs in the 2015 match.

Apart from these two, the Indian team also includes Ravindra Jadeja (2015), Ravichandran Ashwin (2015), Mohammed Shami (2015), KL Rahul (2019), Hardik Pandya (2019), Kuldeep Yadav (2019), Jasprit Bumrah (2019). Have played World Cup matches against Pakistan. While Shami took four wickets for 35 runs in the 2015 match, KL Rahul scored 57 runs in 2019 and made a partnership of 136 runs for the first wicket with Rohit Sharma. Kuldeep took two wickets for 32 runs in 2019 and bowled Babar Azam.

 

Five Pakistani cricketers have played against India

Meanwhile, five Pakistani cricketers including captain Babar Azam have the experience of playing against India in the 2019 World Cup. These cricketers are Babar, Fakhar Zaman, Imam ul Haq, Shadab Khan, and Hasan Ali. Babar scored 48 runs and Fakhar Zaman scored 62 runs in the 2019 World Cup match. Imam could score seven runs. Hasan Ali and Shadab Khan proved to be very expensive. Hasan had given away 84 runs in nine overs, while Shadab had given away 61 runs in nine overs.
