Since then, 1 crore 7 lakh 34 thousand 26 people have fallen prey to Corona. The speed of new cases was increased by 725% after the lockdown. On September 17, Corona Peak reached the country. At that time there were 10.17 lakh active cases in the country. Meaning such patients who were undergoing treatment. Then India was the second most infected country in the world.

After this, it started declining and people started recovering at a speed of three times i.e. 2200% after September, due to which the new cases were increasing.
