Patna: Protests against agricultural laws have been going on in the country's capital Delhi for the last 70 days. Protests are going on in different parts of the country. The administration is also taking action against the agitators. Meanwhile, a decree has come from Bihar about the Nitish government, which surprised everyone. Those who protest against the government in Bihar may have their dream of a government job. Bihar Police will spoil the conduct certificate of those involved in the demonstration, due to which they may face difficulty in doing jobs in the future.

Five big things related to Nitish Sarkar's decree

A notification has been issued from the office of Bihar DGP SK Singhal. In a letter issued by the DGP of Bihar, it has been clarified that if a person is found indulging in criminal work by engaging in law and order situation, anti-protest, and road jams, and his name appears in the police charge sheet. One has to be prepared to face serious consequences.

According to the order, in Bihar, it is mandatory to get police verification for government contracts, government jobs, arms license, and passport. It will be the responsibility of the police station to comply with the order issued on the character certificate. Under no circumstances should there be a lapse. Bihar Police issued this order on 1 January 2021.

Nitish government had issued an order on 25 January last. In the letter issued by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, Aamir Dahtani, it was said that government contracts in Bihar should be given to those people whose character is clean. Police will issue a certificate to clean the character of the contractor and his employees.

After this order of Bihar Police, the opposition directly targeted Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. RJD president Tejashwi Yadav said that how scared are the Chief Ministers of 40 poor seats? Not only this, Tejashwi Yadav compared Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to dictators like Hitler and Mussolini. Tejashwi tweeted, "Nitish Kumar is challenging Mussolini and Hitler"

If someone used his democratic right to protest against the power system, then you will not get a job. Meaning, you will not even give a job and will not even let you protest. How scared are the Chief Ministers of the 40-seat poor? ''

Former minister of Nitish government and JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has said that the opposition is unnecessarily putting the matter on hold. Neeraj Kumar said, "All these things are already indicated in the constitution. The opposition is arguing unnecessarily, we cannot allow anyone to take the law under the pretext of picketing. The wrong intention of this order is being extracted."
