We have about 9000 Jan Aushadhi Kendras and very cheap medicines are available here at market rates. Apart from this, poor and middle-class families have got a saving of about 20 thousand crore rupees.
Critical health infra took to smaller towns
PM Modi said that under PM Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure, critical health infra is being taken to smaller cities and towns. New hospitals are being built in small towns… A complete ecosystem related to the health sector is developing.
A big step for Medical Human Resource
Prime Minister Modi said that more than 260 medical colleges have been opened in the last years. The number of medical seats has doubled today after 2014. Opening 157 new nursing colleges near medical colleges is a big step for medical human resources.
