
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday targeted the opposition while counting the achievements of the central government in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's parliamentary constituency in the last nine years.
The Chief Minister was addressing a public meeting organized at the Jagatpur Inter College campus regarding the achievements of the Central Government in the last nine years. Yogi Adityanath said that today those who capitalize on the names of JP and Lohia are hatching a conspiracy against Prime Minister Modi along with the Congress, but the public knows everything and will give a befitting reply in 2024.
He said that these nine years are full of achievements in the history of independent India. From 1947 to 2014, there were 74 airports in the country. In just nine years, 74 new airports have been built. There were 12 medical colleges in the state. 59 medical colleges have been built in nine years.
22 AIIMS constructed by Modi government
The state is moving towards the goal of One District-One Medical College. Earlier there were six AIIMS in the country. 22 new AIIMS have been built by the Modi government.
Referring to the US visit of Prime Minister Modi, the Chief Minister said that everyone saw and heard from TV and other sources how eager the US Senate was to welcome Modi. Egypt conferred the highest honor on the Prime Minister.
Today all the countries of the world are eager to honor our Prime Minister. This is the new identity of the new India. This honor that India is getting on the global stage is not normal. It allows 140 crore people of India to raise their heads with pride on the world stage.
The Chief Minister said that only Modi can convert disaster into an opportunity. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, a crackdown on terrorism, Naxalism, and extremism was tightened. Enumerating the development in Varanasi, he said that air and road connectivity has increased here. Earlier people were afraid to come to Kashi due to the problem of traffic jams. Today wide, clean roads are tempting.

Counting the achievements, Yogi also mentioned the treatment of 72,000 people in the last three years in the country's first inland waterway starting from Varanasi to Haldia and the cancer hospital. He said that India has become the fifth largest economy in the world by leaving England which ruled India for 200 years.
