In such a situation, soon it will be difficult to get youth for our army, fire department, etc. For this, there must be equal participation of women in every field.

Noda said Japan is ranked 116th out of 146 countries in the World Economic Forum's 2022 report on the participation of women and men in the country's economic and political activities. This shows how much inequality there is in the country. He had suggested the introduction of a quota system to increase the participation of women in politics, but it was not agreed upon.
