200 people in Russia blacklisted

Announcement of the huge aid package to Ukraine
Along with imposing sanctions on Russia, the European Union also announced a large amount of aid to Ukraine. According to the announcement, more than 1 lakh 58 thousand crores (18 billion Euro) will be given to Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky asked 27 EU leaders gathered in Brussels to help provide greater access to energy equipment and strengthen air defenses during this period.
Russia will increase tests of ballistic missiles
Amid sanctions imposed by the European Union on Russia, Russian commander Sergei Karakayev said that in 2023, Russia is going to double the testing of its intercontinental ballistic missiles.
