Nuh violence: Encounter of two accused of Nuh violence, police shot one of the accused in the leg

Haryana Police is continuously taking action after the Nuh violence. Crime Branch Tawdu got a big success on Thursday. Two accused of Nuh violence have been encountered by the police. During the encounter, one of the accused was shot. The injured has been admitted to the hospital. According to the information, the team constituted under the leadership of Inspector Sandir Mor has arrested the accused Munfed resident Gawarka along with co-accused Saikul resident Gawarka after a police encounter. Saikul was shot in the leg in the encounter.

 

Illegal country katta recovered from the accused

The police team has admitted the accused Saiful to the hospital. The team recovered an illegal country-made katta, a bike, and other items from the accused. This action of the crime branch took place near the hill of Silkho village of Tawdu.

216 accused of violence arrested

After the violence till August 6, the police took action and registered 104 FIRs in various districts and arrested 216 accused. While 88 more people were detained. All of them are being interrogated. At the same time, 10 people were arrested for spreading rumors on social media. While 27 FIRs have been registered and 38 people have been arrested till Friday regarding the violence in Gurugram district. 60 people have been taken into preventive custody. Sources said that 2300 videos of inflammatory posts are under investigation.

 

Administration action after Nuh violence

After the communal violence in Nuh, the illegal settlements of Rohingyas have been bulldozed by the district administration and more than 250 shanties have been demolished. Information about the involvement of these Rohingyas in the violence has come to the fore. For information, let us inform you that on July 31, Brajmandal Yatra was taken out in Nuh.

 

The yatra started from Nalheshwar temple in Nuh and was to end at Shiva temple in Singar village of Punhana sub-division via Firozpur Jhirka. But before that violence broke out during the yatra.

 

Curfew relaxed in Nuh district, 188 people arrested so far

SP Narendra Bijarnia said that the search operation is being conducted continuously to arrest the accused in connection with the violence in the Brajmandal religious pilgrimage in Nuh. During this, the innocent person need not fear. Eight teams have been formed under the chairmanship of senior officers in the district, who are raiding places to identify the accused.

 

 

Apart from this, SIT has been constituted in the district under the chairmanship of three DSP-level officers, which is probing the matter thoroughly. So far 57 FIRs and 188 arrests have been made in Nuh district. Apart from this, a total of 88 people, including police personnel, have been injured in this incident, while the death of 6 people (4 Nuh and 2 Gurugram) has been confirmed.

 

 

He said that for the convenience of the common people in the district, curfew timings were relaxed from 10 am to 3 pm, apart from banks and ATMs, from 7 am to 3 pm, so that people could buy essential goods. Apart from 1900 Nuh police personnel, 31 companies of police force have been deployed to maintain law and order in the district.

 

Flag marches are being taken out continuously by the police force and people are being appealed to maintain peace and tranquility. So far 11 FIRs have been registered in connection with spreading rumors on social media. Internet services have been suspended in the district as a precautionary measure till August 11 and will be restored after further assessment of the situation.
