In the meeting, which lasted more than three hours, the US President expressed concerns about the Chinese stand in Xinjiang, Tibet, and Hong Kong, as well as human rights, a White House statement said. At the same time, China is not deterring from making constant threats. It has been clearly said from China that if Taiwan's freedom seekers cross the red line, then China will be bound to take big steps.

 

Both countries resolved to work on energy-climate issues

 

Along with this, a statement issued by the White House said that America is committed to the 'One China' policy related to Taiwan. The White House said the two countries have resolved to work together on energy-climate issues.
