Comedian Kunal Kamra has had to pay a heavy price for commenting on Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. An FIR has been lodged against him in the police. Kunal Kamra has posted the same red Constitution book, which Rahul Gandhi had shown. Both have not read the Constitution. The Constitution gives us freedom of speech, but it has some limits.
Fadnavis said that people voted and supported us in the 2024 assembly elections. Those who were traitors were sent home by the people. The public showed their place to those who created humor. Making derogatory statements cannot be accepted. It cannot be justified as freedom of expression.

Shiv Sena workers vandalized Hotel Unicontinental in Khar area of Mumbai on Sunday. Stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra's show was shot in this hotel, in which he took a dig at Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and called him a traitor. After this, an FIR was registered against Shiv Sena Yuva Sena (Shinde faction) general secretary Rahul Kanal and 19 others. FIR was registered under various sections of the BNS and Maharashtra Police Act.
