Lakhbir had many hideouts in Pakistan
Lakhbir Singh Rode is accused of many serious cases besides sending RDX to India through drones. According to the records of intelligence agencies, Lakhbir had many hideouts in Pakistan. He lived in these at different times. Major locations are Township Area, Haloul, Amol Theater Lahore, House No. 20, PIA Colony, and Defense Lahore.
Lakhbir, a resident of village Rode in Moga district of Punjab, had fled from India to Dubai. After this, he made Pakistan his base. Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI used Lakhbir in an anti-India conspiracy. He used to send consignments of illegal weapons and drugs to India through drones. Lakhbir Singh's family lives in Canada.
Lakhbir had prepared a network of sleeper cells in Punjab.

Name related to Jalalabad blast
On September 15, 2021, at around 7:57 pm, there was an explosion in a bike near Punjab National Bank in Jalalabad city of Fazilka. Investigation revealed that Lakhbir Singh Rode had played an important role in this blast. He was the one who had sent arms, ammunition, and tiffin bombs. The aim was to create fear among the people of Punjab by carrying out blasts in crowded places. On September 16, 2021, Jalalabad Police registered a case under Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Later this case was investigated by the NIA. Some time ago, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had sealed the fourth part of 43 Kanal 3 Marla land of terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rode in Kothe Gurupura village of Baghapurana, Moga. Cases are also registered against Lakhbir Rode in Delhi.
