Earning money from name and face
Live LA quoted Aishwarya's lawyer, Sandeep Sethi, as saying, 'They are making money in the name of my organization. The screenshots on YouTube have been tampered with. She has authorized such photos. These are all generated by AI.'
The lawyer also alleged that 'a gentleman is collecting money by just putting a name and face. His name and picture are being used to satisfy someone's intimate desires. This is very unfortunate.'
In addition, the lawyer also pointed out that Rai's pictures are being sold on wallpaper and T-shirts without permission.
The High Court will pass an order.
