Famous Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has knocked on the door of the Delhi High Court. She has appealed to the court to protect her from the misuse of her AI-generated photos. Aishwarya Rai says that her photos are being used for commercial benefits without her permission. She has demanded protection of her personality rights from the court.

What is in Aishwarya\'s petition?

Aishwarya Rai said in her petition, \'Unreal intimate photos have been used to sell coffee, mugs, and other items. The screenshots in which the photos have been tampered with were never of Aishwarya Rai. These are all AI-generated.\'

Earning money from name and face

Live LA quoted Aishwarya's lawyer, Sandeep Sethi, as saying, 'They are making money in the name of my organization. The screenshots on YouTube have been tampered with. She has authorized such photos. These are all generated by AI.'

The lawyer also alleged that 'a gentleman is collecting money by just putting a name and face. His name and picture are being used to satisfy someone's intimate desires. This is very unfortunate.'

In addition, the lawyer also pointed out that Rai's pictures are being sold on wallpaper and T-shirts without permission.

The High Court will pass an order.

After hearing the arguments, a bench of Justice Tejas Karia of the Delhi High Court verbally indicated that it would pass an interim order warning the respondents.

Bollywood debut with 'Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya'

Aishwarya Rai made her Bollywood debut in 1997 with the film 'Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya'. After this, she has given many great films to Bollywood. She has also been the brand ambassador of many products. Apart from films, she earns a lot from advertisements. In such a situation, she alleges that the products that used her AI-generated picture did not even take permission from her for this.
