People say about the Shot Deo of the body spray brand Layer that it promotes rape culture. This advertisement was heavily criticized on social media and people tagged several ministers including Anurag Thakur on Twitter and requested to take cognizance of this video.

What's the controversy over advertising?

In the first part of the advertisement, it is shown that a boy and a girl are sitting on a bed in a room. Meanwhile, three more boys come there. The girl gets nervous seeing the three boys. Meanwhile, one of the three boys asks the boy sitting with that girl on the bed – Short must have hit? After this those boys say that now it is our turn.

In another ad, four boys go to a mall. There is a girl present. Out of these four boys, one boy says that we are four, and this one? The other boy says then who will take the shorts? The girl goes to the news. After this, the video is shown. Both these advertisements have been ordered to be removed immediately.
