According to the information, before the Hinamanor storm, there was heavy rain with a strong wind in the southern part with wind speed up to 24 kmph in many parts of the country. Hinamor is expected to make landfall southwest of the port city of Busan in the early hours of Tuesday. President Yoon Suk-you said on Monday he was on emergency standby. South Korea has divided this storm into four classes - normal, strong, very strong, and super strong, and by reaching South Korea, the storm will take a very severe form.

According to the information, the wind speed in South Korea is likely to be up to 53 meters per second. Warnings have been issued to southern cities, including Gwangju, Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan, to deal with the storm. The Central Disaster and Security Countermeasures Headquarters on Sunday raised its cyclone alert level to four, for the first time in the last five years.
