According to the information, before the Hinamanor storm, there was heavy rain with a strong wind in the southern part with wind speed up to 24 kmph in many parts of the country. Hinamor is expected to make landfall southwest of the port city of Busan in the early hours of Tuesday. President Yoon Suk-you said on Monday he was on emergency standby. Warnings have been issued to southern cities, including Gwangju, Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan, to deal with the storm.
