Hinamor is expected to make landfall southwest of the port city of Busan in the early hours of Tuesday. President Yoon Suk-you said on Monday he was on emergency standby. Warnings have been issued to southern cities, including Gwangju, Busan, Daegu, and Ulsan, to deal with the storm.
