विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) ने कोरोनोवायरस महामारी की प्रतिक्रिया पर भारत को अभी तक चेतावनी दी है, इसे अन्य महत्वपूर्ण उपायों की अनुपस्थिति में वर्तमान लॉकडाउन के बाद मामलों के संभावित पुनरुत्थान की चेतावनी दी है।
जिनेवा (स्विट्जरलैंड) में पत्रकारों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान इंडिया टुडे टीवी के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए, डब्ल्यूएचओ के महानिदेशक टेड्रोस एडहोम घेब्येयियस ने बहुत ही प्रारंभिक स्तर पर लॉकडाउन को लागू करने के भारत के फैसले की प्रशंसा की।
